ADS, 1736 May 14 : [London?].

A judicial finding signed by Justices Lye and Thomas Brawley Boeney which convicts three men of grand larceny. Their punishment is to be transported to the king's colonies and plantations in America. The men were turned over to Benjamin Heming and John Heath who sign an ADS on June 26, 1736 who in turn give the men over to others named in Bristol. It was around this time that George II had established a colony to be called Georgia to which prisoners were sent.
